Volunteer your time
Your support keeps tandem rides, adaptive bikes and inclusive ride programs going. You do not have to be a cyclist to help.
Why volunteer
Change lives
Give someone the chance to experience movement, independence and connection.
Be part of a community
Join a network of riders, volunteers and partners making cycling more inclusive.
Improve wellbeing
Cycling benefits mental and physical health, for volunteers and riders alike.
Make a real impact
Every ride, every volunteer hour and every dollar goes into adaptive cycling.
Not a cyclist? We still need you
We need volunteer expertise in these areas:
- Social media and web updates. Help spread awareness and engage our community.
- Newsletter. Write a monthly newsletter for our cycling community.
- Photography and video. Document rides and share the moments.
- Ride coordination. Help with scheduling and bookings.
- Transport and logistics. Help move bikes between locations.
- Cafe owners. If we ride past you regularly, we would love to stop in.
- Route planning and safety checks. Plan and assess new rides.

Volunteering is good for you too
Volunteering Australia's 2023 review found that volunteering improves life satisfaction, self esteem and wellbeing, is linked to reduced symptoms of anxiety, supports positive mental health across all age groups, and helps reduce loneliness and social isolation.
